Where can I find a good restaurant in Manila for a small wedding dinner?

I am not looking for a crazy price restaurant. Hopefully, a restaurant not inside a mall. I have been thinking of restaurants inside the good hotels, but then again they are crazy expensive. I am willing to pay 4,000 pesos for 7 people. any ideas?
