good restaurant
Smooth1217 asked:

I want to take my girlfriend on a real date to show her how much I love and appreciate her. I was wondering what would be a good restaurant in Milwaukee, WI. We prefer steak & hamburgers and sea food is not an option.

well id know if I lived in Milwaukee. Good thing to do is put in the Milwaukee, WI + resturants in google, and most every big city has there own website with places to go and things to eat, for tourist reasons. i feel you on the seafood I think its soo nasty!

By formal if you mean an “Official” date, and not a “dress up, linen table cloth and best manners” type of restaurant… Then I would suggest, The Rock Bottom Brewery for a fun casual dining spot. The menu fits your requirements and it’s in Milwaukee at-

740 N. Plankinton Ave.
Milwaukee, WI, 53203
(414) 276-3030

For a more formal atmosphere and “Fine Dining”, Carnevor Steakhouse would fit. As their name suggests, the menu is very meat heavy with several steak options.

724 N. Milwaukee Street
Milwaukee, WI, 53202

I’d say either Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus (really dramatic lighting and good prices – not to mention great steak), TGI Fridays (my fave restaurant), or Red Robin.

CARNEVOR! Otherwise Coerpers is really good too…

Coerper’s would indeed be good. Old school steakhouse.

Or if you’re up for some italian, The Pasta Tree is very romantic.

FWIW, avoid Riverfront Pizza. Warehouse atmosphere, bad service, and forget about having a conversation.
