10 years ago I went to a great restaurant, it was pretty small and had no outdoor seating. I can’t remember the name can anyone suggest what it may be or give a new recommendation, thanks.

Specifically, I haven’t been to Montana Street in Santa Monica in a while, however if you’re thinking of restaurants on Montana Street, you may be describing “Seventh Heaven”. They had really really good food, then it closed down a while ago. However, check out Montana St., still a very trendy area with some nice eateries.
Also consider these local favorites too. They all have very good reviews, I’ve been to all of them. They’re each consistently very good, and reasonably priced:
OMELETTE PARLOR (lots of food for your “$”)
RAE’S DINER (Cash only) kind of like a 50’s type diner
AMELIA’S (limited menu, however very good) great
coffees & lattes
2645 Main St, Santa Monica 90405
Btwn Ocean Park Blvd & Hill St
FROMINS DELI
BROADWAY DELI in the Promenade Mall/3rd Street.
There are no doubt lots of great places out there. These are just a few.
Here’s a must go, it’s near Santa Monica, in Beverly Hills:
(Price isn’t bad for their excellent food & desserts, been there for years, never a disappointment!):
MICHEL RICHARD (a cafe)
(Famous chef, known for his desserts….when Broadway Deli first opened, this chef had part interest in this restaurant too)
(310) 275-5707
310 S Robertson Blvd
